The condensate stabilization system is relatively complex, mainly composed of a stabilizer tower, top tank, bottom tank, heat exchanger, reboiler, air cooler, circulating pump, process pipeline, control cabinet, and steel frame (including ladder platform, etc.). This system is supplied in a modular manner, which has the characteristics of small footprint, easy operation and maintenance, low on-site construction volume, convenient transportation, and low investment.
Specific process: The condensate oil from the buffer tank is pressurized by a lift pump, enters the heat exchanger for preheating, and then enters the stabilizer tower. The temperature at the bottom of the stabilizer tower is stabilized at around 120 ℃ to fully distill the gas contained in the condensate oil.
The condensate oil distilled from the bottom of the tower is first cooled by a heat exchanger, and then enters an air cooler. The temperature of the condensate oil is controlled at 20 ℃~40 ℃ by the air cooler to ensure that the temperature and saturated vapor pressure of the stable crude oil meet the export requirements. Then it enters a buffer tank, and finally the output pressure of the stabilized condensate oil is increased to 0.4-0.6MPa by the outlet lift pump.
The oil and gas distilled from the top of the tower are cooled by an air cooler and enter the separation tank. The gas is output from the top of the tank to the venting system or recovery system, while the light oil is output from the bottom of the tank and refluxed to the tower or directly recovered.
The entire pry block is equipped with a control system and an electrical control box, achieving fully automatic operation and automatic management of the pry block. The main operating parameters of the pry block, such as the temperature and top pressure of the bottom reboiler, the liquid volume of the bottom reboiler, the liquid volume display of the stabilizing tower, the buffer level control of the export pump, and the temperature and pressure control of the inlet and outlet of the pry block, as well as the control points, can be displayed and controlled locally and remotely.
